Requests for Masses to be said at the Shrine for personal intentions are accepted.
Donations to the Shrine are gratefully accepted. Income tax receipts will be sent to donors towards the end of the fiscal year.
The Shrine is under the jurisdiction of the Most Reverend Bishop Stephen Chmilar Eparch (Bishop) of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy (Diocese) of Toronto and Eastern Canada.
As the name indicates, St. John the Baptist is a Catholic Church of the Ukrainian rite – that is, in union with the Pope. It is not to be confused with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The designation "Orthodox" is used by the churches of the Eastern Rites which are not in union with the Pope.
Visitors - individuals or groups - are always welcome.
